Refund policy

How Do I Return My Order?

As all She Sells Seashells are made to order, we do not accept returns unless your item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you experience any issues, please contact us at hello@shesellseashells.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Please note:

  • If your bag is deemed faulty after our quality control inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement.
  • International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. She Sells Seashells is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return is complete.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
