Order Processing Times

Each She Sells Seashells bag is sustainably handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our production, we kindly ask for up to 3 business days to prepare your order before dispatch.

We are working hard to keep up with the growing demand, and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

Important

  • Shipping timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed. We will send you an update with tracking details as soon as your bag is ready to ship.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal delays beyond our control.
  • We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.
  • If you need your item sooner, please contact us at hello@shesellseashells.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to assist.

  • North America, including Canada and the United States
  • Central America, including Costa Rica and Panama
  • Middle East, including; Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Asia Pacific, including; Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea.

How will I know my total order cost?

Simply add items to your basket and click 'checkout'. The order total will be displayed at the checkout.

Applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination, will not be calculated. Customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may be incurred.

Duties & Taxes 

For international orders, customs duties and VAT may be applied upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We do not prepay duties & taxes at checkout. If you’re unsure about your country’s import fees, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Can I Change My Shipping Method?

If you need to change your shipping method after placing your order, please contact us at hello@shesellseashells.com within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges

All our wave whelks are handmade so we do not accept returns unless your item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you experience any issues, please contact us at hello@shesellseashells.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. For any other questions, please refer to our returns policy. 

Please Note

  • If your bag is deemed faulty after our quality control inspection, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund or replacement.
  • International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. She Sells Seashells is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the item. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return is complete.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
